[Sub-heading] WOMEN OF FAITH

Sunday, March 1

Pray for women of faith standing strong in the face of rejection and danger. Pray their strength shines amid adversity.

Monday, March 2

Your intercession is a lifelineโ€”pray for Beatriz*, a missionary in Central Mexicoโ€™s highly persecuted area known as the โ€œCircle of Silence.โ€ Ask God to protect her and her family.

Tuesday, March 3

Beatriz disciples a group of women who are discovering their true identity in God. She asks: โ€œPray for the Circle of Silence, that one day we can call it the Circle of Hope.โ€

Wednesday, March 4

Concha* met Jesus through Beatrizโ€™s womenโ€™s group. She has faced family rejection and even lost her job. โ€œPray that God gives me strength,โ€ Concha says.

Thursday, March 5

Concha asks us to pray for her children, that they โ€œnever grow weary of following Christ. Pray for peace in this town.โ€

Friday, March 6

Intercede for mothers who are raising their children to love Jesus where faith is rejected. Pray for wisdom and patience.

Saturday, March 7

Pray with women displaced from their homes. Ask God to fill them with peace when fear or doubt arises


Sunday, March 8

Today is International Womenโ€™s Day. Pray with persecuted women of faithโ€”that they would continue to be beacons of light in the most difficult places to follow Jesus.

Monday, March 9

Today, pray for Christian women living in Afghanistan. If an Afghan womanโ€™s faith is discovered, her life and her family can be in grave danger.

Tuesday, March 10

Pray for Afghan women who have fled their country for neighboring nations. Pray they will find safe places to live and provision for their needs.

Wednesday, March 11

Ariana* (pictured on cover), an Afghan Christian woman who lives outside the country, asks: โ€œPray that Afghan women not only survive, but that they would be like Esther, with boldness and courage.โ€

Thursday, March 12

Pray with Ariana, asking God to โ€œtouch the heart of every person in Afghanistan, so that they may come to faith.โ€

Friday, March 13

Pray with Vannida*, a widow from Southeast Asia who continues to serve the Lord despite immense suffering. Pray that she would sense Godโ€™s daily presence.

Saturday, March 14

When Vannida*s husband refused to stop ministering to others, he was killed for it. Ask God for confidence as she faces authorities and relatives.

Sunday, March 15

Lift up Open Doors ministry partners who work alongside persecuted women of faith. Ask God to protect them as they serve Godโ€™s people.

[Sub-heading] YEMEN

Monday, March 16

Pray that believers in Yemen would be prepared to face persecution. At any moment, they could be arrested for leaving Islam.

Tuesday, March 17

When our local partners met Yemeni believer Majed*, he was expecting to be arrested amid a government crackdown on the church. Pray for strength.

Wednesday, March 18

Several of Majedโ€™s Christian friends have been arrested, and he was feverishly memorizing Bible passages to be prepared for prison. Pray that Godโ€™s Word would be a constant.


Thursday, March 19

Ask God to comfort and encourage Christian prisoners and their families. Pray fear wonโ€™t stop Yemeni believers from continuing their work.

[Sub-heading] CENTRAL ASIA

Friday, March 20

Meet Nurlan* from Central Asia. He's one of the many recipients of Bibles provided through Open Doors. Pray for his perseverance.

Saturday, March 21

Nurlan used to abuse drugs, but as he read Scripture, he found the strength to abstain. Pray that God would sustain him and his family.

Sunday, March 22

Pray with Naira* from Central Asia. When she shared with her co-workers that that she had become a Christian, one employee filed a police complaint. Praise God for Nairaโ€™s boldness.

Monday, March 23

Naira says this persecution has strengthened her faith. Please pray for her endurance as she continues to work with people hostile to her faith.

[Sub-heading] SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA

Tuesday, March 24

Praise God! Nigerian Pastor Barnabas* has a new houseโ€”no longer living in a makeshift tent in an overcrowded IDP camp. Thank you for what youโ€™ve done!

Wednesday, March 25

Pray for strength and restoration for the Napala village in Mozambique. In a four-day extremist attack, 120 Christians were killed and two churches destroyed.

Thursday, March 26

In 2025, 76 Mozambican Christians were killed by jihadists; 72,000 people fled their homes. Pray for Mozambican believersโ€™ protection and witness.


Friday, March 27

Pray with Pastor Daniel in the DRC: โ€œPray that our country will have lasting peace that comes from God.โ€

Saturday, March 28

Due to extremist attacks, Pastor Sorรฉโ€™s family had fled from their village in Burkina Faso and were struggling to survive. He and his family have a new homeโ€”and a new church building. Praise God!

Sunday, March 29

Pastor Sorรฉ is preaching again to his small-but-growing church, fulfilling his lifeโ€™s calling as he shares the gospel. Pray that those heโ€™s teaching would grow to have mighty voices of faith.

Monday, March 30

Pray with the church in Nigeriaโ€™s Kwara State. After a brazen attack during a church service, Christians remain on edge. Pray for restoration.

Tuesday, March 31

Pastor Maturin, a church leader in Burkina Faso, shared: โ€œThe Bible encourages us to pray for our enemies.โ€ Pray with him today.

[Sub-heading] PHILIPPINES

Wednesday, April 1

Sheila* is a 17-year-old believer in a stilt house community in the Southern Philippines. While enduring an illness, she faces persecution. Pray for healing and stamina.

Thursday, April 2

Sheilaโ€™s neighbors mock and exclude her. Pray that the discipleship training she and others received from Open Doors equips them to stand firm.

Good Friday, April 3

On Good Friday, as we remember Christโ€™s sacrifice, pray that our persecuted family would know how much they are loved by their Savior.

Holy Saturday, April 4

As we prepare to celebrate the resurrection, letโ€™s pray for protection from attacks as believers gather in their local churches.

Easter Sunday, April 5

โ€œHe is not here, for He has risenโ€ฆโ€ Praise God! Today on Easter Sunday, pray that persecuted Christians would grasp the hope and peace that Christโ€™s resurrection brings.

[Sub-heading]ย NORTH KOREA

Monday, April 6

We cannot give names or locations, but we know that this year, multiple Christians have been arrested by authorities. Pray for endurance.

Tuesday, April 7

God is a โ€œrefuge in times of trouble; He cares for those who trust in Himโ€ (Nahum 1:7). Pray these promises for believers in an overcrowded prison cell.

Wednesday, April 8

Ask God to bring tangible reminders of His presence and power to these faithful believers in mentally taxing and potentially violent interrogation sessions.

Thursday, April 9

Pray for families torn apart by these arrests, especially children who may now grow up without parents. Pray for their provision and peace that passes all human understanding.

Friday, April 10

Pray for the guards, interrogators and North Korean officialsโ€”that they will be touched by the witness of Christians and turn to Christ.

Saturday, April 11

Pray for the underground church in North Korea, that it would continue to grow quietly and courageously, even under the shadow of fear.

Sunday, April 12

Today, remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering (Heb. 13:3).

[Sub-heading] SUDAN

Monday, April 13

As horrific images and videos come out of Sudanโ€™s war, pray together with our family where the church is an unwanted minority. Pray for Godโ€™s wisdom and strength.

Tuesday, April 14

Pray by name for Gen. Abdel Fattah al-Burhan and Gen Mohamed Dagalo (Hemedti)โ€”leaders of the warring factions. Pray for God's Spirit to work in their hearts and minds.

Wednesday, April 15

Pray that many will turn in repentance to Jesus Christ and accept Him as their personal Savior. Pray they will find Christians who will walk with them.

Thursday, April 16

Pray Psalm 113 over Sudanโ€”that God would โ€œlift the poor from the dustโ€ฆโ€ Ask God to bring relief through variousmeans to the millions of Sudanese caught in hunger.

[Sub-heading] SYRIA

Friday, April 17

It has been one year since the Syrian government fell, and church leaders tell us that Christians are living in a climate of fear. Pray for their protection and peace.

Saturday, April 18

Violent words threatening to kill Christians have been written on church walls and in Christian areas. Pray that believers would continue to find strength to endure in this environment.

Sunday, April 19

Praise! Pastor Razzok from Homs reports that some non-Christians are now more open to Christianity: โ€œThey see that Christianity brings peace.โ€ Pray for revival.

Monday, April 20

Pray that the church in Syria would seek out ways to be salt and light to Muslims.

A church leader from Aleppo shares, โ€œWe have a great opportunity to show who the real Christians are.โ€

[Sub-heading] COLOMBIA

Tuesday, April 21

Pray for Colombian believers who face threats on their lives and livelihood. Recent attacks on churches have compelled Christians to move to safer areas.

Wednesday, April 22

Pray for displaced pastors and leaders, that they will find strength, provision and protection wherever they have taken refuge.

Thursday, April 23

Late last year, extremists broke into a church and seized control of the building, occupying it for several days. There is no longer a church presence in the town. Pray for scared families.

Friday, April 24

Pray for families who have lost their homes and livelihoods โ€ฆ that they will receive timely help and rebuild their lives. And pray that churches would continue shining their light.

[Sub-heading] INDONESIA

Saturday, April 25

Meet and pray with Ricky, a new believer from Papua, Indonesia. Ricky thought he was a Christian until our partners asked him some hard questions. Pray with him as he prepares for persecution. Where he lives, leaving Islam to follow Jesus can put him in danger.

Sunday, April 26

Ricky was excited to receive his first-ever Bibleโ€”provided by your support and prayers. Pray that he would find solace, wisdom, strength and peace in God's Word.

Monday, April 27

Pray with pastors who participated in a two-day seminar in Jayapura city. For many like Pastor Sudin, the training renewed their zeal for evangelism. Pray as they teach their churches to follow the Great Commission.

Tuesday, April 28

Pastor Isak Deda urged pastors to stay alert to the โ€œongoing process of Islamization in our cityโ€ and to strengthen their congregations. Pray for church leaders as they navigate the changing landscape. Pray for wisdom, insight and compassion as they lead their churches.

Wednesday, April 29

Pray that our local partners would see the fruit of their labor in transformed lives in Indonesia and throughout the world. God, we pray that our partnersโ€™ efforts would help believers to grow confident in their calling.

Thursday, April 30

Pray that entire communities will encounter Christ through the testimony of women, men and children who refuse to give upโ€”even when it costs them everything. Pray for both boldness and discernment as they share their faith.
